My take on the BIQU H2 extruder fan mount by eight_heads. The original design blocks the heatsink air flow-path. OP said cooling hasn't been an issue, but I'm not sure if that considers printing high temp filaments or printing in a heated enclosure.

I've also included a version with the mount 2mm higher.
