I've designed a case for the Guition Esp32 P4 JC1060P470 7inch touch screen (with case), this can be bought on AliExpress for around £35 (around $50) and is a very nice, bright touch screen display with strong performance from it's new P4 processor.
My setup connects to home assistant, and is configured to show various device states, it's completely customisable and pretty easy to tailor to your needs.

Print standing up without supports, the screen fits into the mounting holes, no screws required. There's an extra hole at the front to make removing it a little easier. Let me know any feedback or areas for improvement , or if you would like other mounts created.
