Realistic Crushed Plastic Cup

Bill of Materials
Description
Crushed Plastic Cup is a sculptural cup inspired by the look of a disposable plastic cup that’s been squeezed, warped, and frozen in time. The surface is intentionally irregular, with soft dents and compressed folds that mimic the feel of thin plastic being crushed by hand—turned into a solid, permanent form.
This model was designed completely from scratch and is not a remix or derivative of any existing file. While there are other “crushed cup” style models out there, this version features a different silhouette, different deformation flow, and a unique crushing pattern that gives it its own character and proportions.
It works great as a pen holder, desk organizer, small container, or decorative object, and it also makes a fun conversation piece—put it on your desk and watch people do a double-take when they realize it’s not actually soft plastic.
Designed for easy FDM printing and looks especially good in matte or ceramic-style filaments.
⚠️ Note: This is a 3D printed object and is not food-safe by default. If you plan to use it for drinks, apply a proper food-safe coating. Otherwise, it’s perfect as a pen holder, decor piece, or display object.
Features:
- Original, from-scratch design
- Unique crushed / warped plastic cup aesthetic
- Different form and deformation from other similar models
- Works as pen holder, desk organizer, or decor
- Fun visual trick / conversation starter
- Easy to print on FDM printers
