Description
First iteration of my harmonic gearbox with 20 to 1 reduction ratio.
Still working on next iterations, also for nema 23 motor. I will be grateful for any comments regarding my design.
The HG_flex_stator_38T part should be printed with TPU, recommended 95A.
BOM:
- 19x 6mm steel ball
- 1x 6808 bearing
- 2x 6804 bearing
- 4x M3x8 flat head screw
- 2x M3 threaded insert (optional)
- 2x M3x4 grub screw (optional)
