This picture of Lou Gehrig's Rookie card was made using HueForge. It requires 4 colors Black, Dark Gray, Light Gray, and White. I used all Matte colors for this print because the colors seem to blend well together. Matte also helps reduce stringing on the print, but you can use normal PLA if that is all you have. Please keep in mind depending on the brand and shade of your PLA your results may vary.
Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08, the first layer needs to be 0.16, and a wall loop of 1.
I did not use a prime tower, it is not needed. This print should take about 3h19m if you use the 3mf settings.
If you get a Warning in Bambu slicer on this model that there is a “floating region”, just ignore it. There is no floating region and it printed with no issues at all when I ignored it.
Swap Instruction are as followed:
Start with Black
At layer #8 (0.72mm) swap to Dark Gray
At layer #12 (1.04mm) swap to Light Gray
At layer #16 (1.36mm) swap to White
Happy Printing!
