A1 Toolbox

Presentation

I created this toolbox because none of the models on MakerWorld were quite right for me. I wanted to integrate into a single, practical, and securely closed box both the tools that come with the printer (in their designated storage compartments) and all the tools I usually use for my prints: deburring tool, wire cutters, tweezers, scrapers, screwdriver, etc.

This design is completely original, and you'll find all the necessary files to customize it: the Fusion 360 source file and STL files.

The external dimensions of the toolbox are: 21 x 13.5 cm, h: 6.9 cm

Assembly

The door hinges are to be attached with two pieces of PLA filament that are heat-squeezed on each side. Plan for two pieces of approximately 26 mm.

The lock must be fixed with two M3 screws with flat or cylindrical heads (min: M3x12 mm, max: M3x18 mm)

The bases can be glued under the tray and under the box if you wish. You can also print them in TPU to make them non-slip.
