myself and 1 other tried to print this today, both failed within the first 30 minutes, it's like it snags on the intricate lace like base, any suggestions to improve greatly appreciated

I am sorry about your failure. The only problem I had with the printing was that the electricity went out three times, and despite that, the reprint was bound without any problems. However, I added one slightly modified profile

3rd time unlucky, also failed on textured slowed down 😔
