Simple device that helps in tying up boxes or other material for packaging or recycling. Uses standard thickness twine sold at most realers.  Pass twine through the hole from the bottom and lock in place between tines.  Wrap the other end of the twine around your item, pass the end through the hole on the cleat from the other direction, pull up until taught to desired tightness, than lock twine in tines to secure
