The Battery Stack is a specialized, themed build designed to bring the industrial language of the MODYLO system to your battery management. By utilizing color-coding and precision-engineered internal compartments, this stack transforms simple storage into a high-performance sorting station for your most-used power cells.

Form Follows Function

This build highlights how the Unified Diameter System allows for color-coded functional zones, making it easy to identify contents at a glance.

• The Power Base: A 70mm Smooth Foundation serves as the heavy-duty anchor, designed for bulk storage of larger Type D batteries and small miscellaneous cells.
• The AAA Sorter: A 65mm Smooth Coupler featuring a custom internal grid. It is designed to neatly arrange AAA batteries, with a dedicated divider to separate "Charged" from "Depleted" rechargeable cells.
• The AA Energy Cell: A Smooth Coupler. This section houses AA batteries in a specialized honeycomb compartment, maintaining the same sorting logic for quick inventory checks.
• The Terminal Cap: A Smooth Cap to provide a metallic "terminal" look and seal the stack.

Engineering the Interior

The Battery Stack isn't just a shell; it introduces specialized internal geometry to the MODYLO line:

• Precision Fit: Every battery slot includes a clearance to ensure cells slide in and out without friction, even with slight label variations.
• Visual Sorting: The internal dividers allow users to store rechargeable batteries facing up for "ready" and facing down for "needs charging," or simply utilize the physical walls to keep them separated.
• Seamless Stacking: Despite the specialized interiors, the external circular threads remain identical to the rest of the MODYLO ecosystem, allowing you to add more "cells" to your battery as your collection grows.

Build Your Own

To achieve the classic battery aesthetic, use the following parameters from the Bambu Lab PLA Matte table:

1. Lower Sections: in Nardo Grey.
2. Top Section: in Sunflower Yellow.
3. Cap: PLA Tough+ Silver.
4. Charged compartment: Bambu green
5. Depleted compartment: Red
