Description

Small simple mount to attach an original Stream Deck to aluminum profile (or anything else that can receive m5 screws I guess).

Project needs

  • 4x m3x20 screws
  • 4x m5x12 screws
  • 1x m5x20 screw
  • 3x m5 nuts
  • 2x m5 t-slot nuts.

Assembly is more or less straight forward.

  1. 2x m5 nuts press fit into “Lower Box” model
  2. Use 2x m5x12 screws to attach “Connector Arm” to “Lower Box”
  3. Set the stream deck into the lower box.
  4. Attach “Lid” to “Lower Box” with 4x m3 screws.
  5. Press fit remaining m5 nut into top hole of “Connector Arm”
  6. Attach “Profile Connector” to “Connector Arm” with m5x20 screw
  7. Slot 2x m5 t-slot nuts into profile
  8. Attach whole assembly to profile with 2x m5x12 screws

It's probably painfully obvious, but I'm not an engineer and mostly been learning CAD through designing little projects for the house. Constructive feedback and requests help me learn, the more the merrier.

The case looks great, and the Stream Deck fits perfectly in it. Using a carbon imprint bed enhances the model's appearance. I also added some inserts to improve the connections' durability.

You're absolutely correct. I went back and double checked and the model I have is the original stream deck, not the mk2. Apologies for the confusion, I've updated the title and description.
