There are a few CPAP adaptors available for Stealthburner, but they typically either completely alter the look of Stealthburner, or they leave behind unnecessary features in the model like provisions for a 5015 blower fan. I've shed a significant amount of weight from the printed parts by removing almost all of the unnecessary geometry in the Stealthburner main body. I have also modified the air passage so it is a straighter shot from the CPAP hose to the part cooling ducts.
The trade off is that you will need to MANUALLY add a support only to the area illustrated in the pic above (Orca slicer can do this, I'm not sure what else can), I haven't tried to print without supports in the one corner, I don't think it'll go that well, prove me wrong! You will also need 2ea 5x4x3 heatserts and they are tricky because there is no straight shot to them; it's doable. 2ea M3x6mm bolts are required to fasten the hose adaptor to the body.
I am still testing mine, but I've gotten a mainbody to be less than 20g.
The settings I use are as follows:
2 Walls
2 Top and bottom layers
10% gyroid infill
