CableDuct (Ridged) – Elegant cable cover with a decorative finish
I couldn’t find a cable duct I actually wanted to keep on my wall — most of the ones out there look a bit bland. So I made this ridged CableDuct: a clean cable cover that hides messy wires while adding a subtle “designed” look instead of screaming plastic channel.
Why you’ll like it
- Looks intentional: the ridged surface turns “cable management” into a small decor upgrade
- Cleaner setups: ideal for TV + soundbar + console, shelves, desks, and wall-mounted gear
- Prints nicely: simple geometry with a forgiving print profile
- Remix-friendly: I’ll publish other “skins” as remixes of this base, so you can pick a style you like
Best use cases
- Vertical cable runs under a wall-mounted TV
- Behind/under floating shelves
- Along the side of a cabinet or desk area
- Anywhere you want cables hidden without using store-bought ducts
Mounting
Use double-sided tape for the cleanest look, or screw-mount if your wall/setup needs it.
Tip: Post your make + a quick before/after shot — I’m actively improving variants based on real installs.
