This is a 5.8L dry box heightened lid designed specifically for the Filamentalist Rewinder V3 (FV3) passive rewinding system

📦✨ Due to the taller mechanical structure of Filamentalist V3, it cannot be directly placed into a standard 5.8L dry box

By replacing the original lid, vertical space is expanded, creating a perfect filament box solution that integrates rewinding🔄 + drying 💧 + detection 👁️

• ✅ Perfect compatibility with FV3: Print a modified bracket to perfectly house the Filamentalist V3 main body, solving the pain point of the original lid not closing

• 📏 Ultra-wide spool compatibility: The widened design supports filament spools up to 90mm wide, easily accommodating both standard and widened spools

• 🔌 Wiring solution : Reserved XH2.54-2P socket mounting position for connecting filament sensors. When changing filament, the external signal cable can be directly unplugged, eliminating the need to drag long wires, making wiring neater and more professional ✨

• 🧱 Large capacity dual drying chambers: Desiccant boxes are designed on both sides, making full use of internal space to ensure a consistently dry storage environment

• 🔩 M3x8 screws: 10 pcs

   ◦ 6 pcs: for securing two desiccant boxes

   ◦ 4 pcs: for securing the Filamentalist bracket

• 🔩 M3x30 screws: 4 pcs

   ◦ For installing clips around the enclosure

• ⚡ Electronic components:

   ◦ XH2.54-2P straight pin header x1 (optional)

【Assembly Steps | Assemble guide】 💡

1. Secure the desiccant boxes with screws

   

2. Install the custom bracket and thread the PTFE tube and sensor wire through the hole

   

3. Thread the PTFE tube and sensor wire through the corresponding openings on the lid, after soldering the XH2.54 connector, secure the FV3 base with screws

   

4. Install the four rollers for rewinding. At this point, the axle needs to be moved left and right to make room for the wheels to be installed

    

   

5. Install the clips
