Description

我为不同品牌的耗材料盘设计了这款料盘干燥盒,该料盘干燥盒带有四片翅片,通过四组可压缩的弹片与本体相连,将干燥盒塞入料盘中心孔时,弹片的弹力将翅片向外撑开,使其紧紧贴在料盘中心孔内壁上保持可靠固定,弹片的伸缩特性使得该料盘干燥盒得以适配市面上绝大多数拥有不同孔径的料盘,干燥盒的本体壳分为上下两半,通过两条轨道相互扣合,其中一侧本体壳的底面设有一体打印的盒盖,通过文件附带的小漏斗,可以向干燥盒内加注常见的球形硅胶干燥剂。

该料盘干燥盒两端带有开槽的轴杆,可安装标准608轴承,与我先前发布的分离式手柄米桶料盘架适配,也与大多数使用608轴承的料盘架相匹配。如果您准备将该干燥盒用于AMS内时,请在切片软件中利用添加负对象功能将两端轴杆切除,以缩减宽度。

 

*2024.03.09更新:

新增AMS版本,切除两端轴杆,翅片带有AMS标识,和普通版分别摆放于漏斗两侧,您可根据自己需要在打印前删掉不需要的部分

 

 

I designed this spool drybox for different brands of filament spools, the spool drybox has four pieces of wings, connected to the main body through four groups of compressible shrapnel, when the drybox is stuffed into the center hole of a spool, the elastic force of the shrapnel will push the wings outward, so that them are tightly attached to the inner wall of the center hole of the spool to maintain reliable fixation, the telescopic characteristics of the shrapnel make the spool drybox adapt to the vast majority of spools with different apertures on the market, the main body of the drybox are divided into two shells, and are interlocked with each other through two tracks, and the bottom surface of one side of the center-shell is provided with a cap which printed in one piece, through the small funnel attached to the file, the drybox can be filled with common spherical silicone gel desiccant.

This spool drybox has slotted shafts at both ends to fit standard 608 bearings, which is compatible with spool shelf for 5.8L Drybox I posted earlier, and also with most spool shelfs that use 608 bearings. If you are going to use this drybox in AMS, use the Add Negative Object function in the slicing software to cut off the shaft rods at both ends to reduce the width.

 

*2024.03.09 update:

The new AMS version has been added, with the slotted shafts at both ends removed, and the wings are marked with AMS logos, the regular version is placed on both sides of the funnel, so you can delete the unwanted parts before printing according to your needs.

Awesome. I use this as a spool centre weight. Filled with 10mm Steel Ball bearings (packed so it doesnt rattle!), this is the perfect weight (285g) for dealing with the AMS/empty reel issue!

设计师你好,你设计的模型非常棒,但是可能切片的时候有点粗心,模型没有完全放平到板子上,建议你重新切片后上传一次,再次为你优秀的模型点赞!

I love the design of these, a solid choice for using loose desiccant. Though be aware that they do protrude slightly from either side of the spool, so any spool using it won't lay flat on it's side or stack perfectly side by side. They can also be a bit tough to put inside cardboard spools that have a wider inner diameter than their openings. When pushing the drybox in it's feet will spread out inside and need to be pinched by hand in order to push it through the hole on the other side.
