Description

Keep your headphones safe! The wide arc design will distribute the weight evenly to avoid unnecessary wear on the headband.

This unique headphone stand incorporates a pencil into its design, adding a touch of whimsy to your desk. The wide, protective arc safeguards your headphones while the integrated pencil will reduce the printing time and material usage. Easy to print with no supports needed!

Choose Type A for narrower headphones (used my Bose NC700 as inspiration) or Type B for wider styles (haven't tested it yet! Please let me know if it works for your headphones).

Important Note: Print all files once, except for the top part (Type A or Type B). You need to choose one type and then print that part twice.

Required materials:

  • 1 x Headphone base.stl
  • 1 x Headphone base top.stl
  • 2 x Headphone Holder Type A.stl or 2 x Headphone Holder Type B.stl
  • 2 x M2 screws at least 20mm long and 2 x M2 nuts (You can use glue instead but I recommend the M2 screws if available).
  • 1 x h2 pencil (hexagonal).

Assembly:

The pieces will have a tight fit with a standard h2 pencil. You will have to remove the eraser part of the pencil first. I didn't use any glue to join the pieces, it's only using the tight fit to stay in place. The pencil goes into the base, then into the top. Then the Type A or B parts need to be fixed to the top part (1), either by using the M2 screws (2) or using glue.
