Description
Magnetic Dryer Sheet Container! This is a very convenient place to keep your dryer sheets ~ clean, organized and close to the action! The container is sized to hold about 100 standard dryer sheets (I based the sizes on a box of bounce that had 105 in it). The back of the bin contains 9 pockets for magnets for holding the container to your washer or dryer. I included profiles for 8X3 magnets (as pictured), 10X3 magnets and 12X3 magnets to be able to use what you have on hand. 9 - 8X3 magnets held the container securely when fully loaded. I also placed 4 pockets on the bottom of the container incase someone wanted to store the container on the top of their washer or dryer. With the magnet on the bottom, it will be tough to accidentally knock it over. The magnet pockets are a light press fit (I used my thumbs) and shouldn't require glue. I used Bambu Basic PLA. An adhesive magnetic sheet would also work on the back or the bottom. The “Dryer Sheet” sign is a separate piece that snaps on so I could print it face down for the best quality. I configured the print to not use a purge tower to cut down on waste and have had great results.
I made a lint container about a year ago that has turned out to be pretty popular. Someone in my comments recommended that I make a matching dryer sheet container. What a great idea! Update 3/9/26 - Since everyone seems to love the design, I added a matching magnetic Clean/Dirty Dishwasher sign. I guess you could even use it on your washer or dryer if you desired such a thing!
