Description

A drawback of using breadboards is that they are not accommodating to panel mounted components such as switches, potentiometers, and jacks. This is a system that allows for panel mounted components to be used with breadboards. There are eight different tabs depending on the mounting hole requirements. The 7mm tab has slots that are used by some potentiometers and switches. The BNC tab is the typical hole mounting size for BNC jacks. The 9.5mm tab is used for ¼” phone jacks (what guitar cables plug into) and old school switches and indicator lights. There are two tabs with universal holes, allowing for a variety of mounting holes requirements. If there is a common mounting hole or pattern that I have not considered, I will be open to adding more tabs to the collection upon request.

The base has springs that hold the breadboard in place for a more secure circuit. The springs were designed with PLA pro in mind, and work just as well with basic PLA. However matte PLA is too squishy and should not be used. There is also a base that holds a two-breadboard configuration and a stand-alone base.
