Clean Up and Sand:
- Once the squeezer is printed, remove any support structures or excess material.
- Use sandpaper to smooth out any rough edges or imperfections. Start with a coarse grit (around 80-120) and gradually move to finer grits (up to 400 or higher) for a polished finish.
- Clean the squeezer thoroughly to remove any dust or debris.
Prepare the Toothpaste Tube:
- Take your toothpaste tube (make sure it’s not a hard plastic one) and flatten the end slightly. You can do this by pressing it against a flat surface or using your fingers.
- Be gentle to avoid damaging the tube.
Insert the Tube into the Squeezer:
- Locate the narrow slot in the squeezer. It should be designed to accommodate the flattened end of the toothpaste tube.
- Wiggle the end of the tube through the slot until it fits snugly. Depending on the tube’s material, you might need to apply a little pressure or wiggle it back and forth.
Squeeze and Use:
- Pull the squeezer toward the full end of the tube as far as possible.
- As you use the toothpaste, continue to advance the squeezer over time. This ensures that you extract every last bit of toothpaste from the tube.
- By doing this, you’ll make the most of your toothpaste and avoid wasting any contents.
