i have come across ‘fake’ BIC lighters, which will sit loose. It is easy to tell by the quality though

How I Designed This

Went through many iterations to balance the best feeling shape, spliff size and fit of the Bic. The seating and clamping force of the lid was optimised.

I would love to implement an o-ring, but with this design there is simply no space. I prioritised compactness and feel. Might make another more spliff oriented version.
