Summary
Extends the stick for more accuracy. 13mm tall.
Its supposed to be printed up so its like the picture on the controller. There is a little bridging involved, but its a pretty small distance to cover.

worked well but broke my controller.
don’t twist to get it off but just make the joystick go right all the way and push.
