Cable ties, Adjustable & modular

This is a set of cable ties.
Loop over cable once on one end to keep the tie on, then loop again to hold the cable together.

These are available in 10mm or 20mm wide and come in a few lengths.
There is a version with round holes or with rectangular holes.

These ties are compatible with my other flexible straps and accessories.

Printing

I recommend to print these out of TPU, I did all test with 95A TPU others types might work too.

No supports or brim needed.

Adjustability

It is possible to cut these to length before printing with the included cutting shape.
A lead tab is also included to splice onto the end of a cut strap for better grip when closing.

If using the lead tab you can cut these with the regular cut operation, then merge and assemble.

How to cut to length:
1. Center the tie to cut and the cutter on the same plate.

2. Merge the tie with the cutter.

3. Use the "move" (M) command to place the cutter at the desired length.

4. Use the "Mesh Boolean" (B) command to subtract the shape from the tie

    check "delete input" or it won't work.

5. Delete the excess.

6. Done!
