Summary

Made my own Spool adapter for the SunLu 250G on Bambu AMS.

Print two per set, 2 spools and 2 parts.

Match the holes when installing, and put the plug-in between spool to fix.

Easy and quick!

2023.10.05 Slightly reduced the size of the disk and added holes for fixing the filament.

My 250g SunLu mini spool format as shown below.

A little difficult to get the clips on there but works great. Fits my small spools from various brands.

Does what it's supposed to do. Unfortunately the holes no longer fit for me and I broke them off. The 250g Sunlu rolls also fit so tightly.

Needs some work. The shoulders that hold the spool in place are too tight on the spool and easily break off and the nub that is supposed to lock into the spool isn't in the right location.

Maybe there're different version of SunLu 250g spool, I'll add the corresponding spool description. You could use cutting plier cut the nub off. Thank you for printing and sorry didn't work on yours :(

That's a good point! Lets compare notes. Post a picture of the sunlu spool that you designed this based on and I will post a pic of mine. No need to give you a bad review if we're looking at two different spools.

when you made it smaller, did you re-scale it, or re-cad it? Because now the clips inside that hold the SUNLU spool are too tight, and the little alignment nub isn't in the right place

I did it by re-cad the outline border without changing the inside size setting. It fitted well when I printed it out, but I'll move the bump slightly higher and also upload a looser one, thank you!
