Ich Empfehle vor jeden Druck das Filament für mindesten 6 Stunden bei 65° zu Trocknen um kleine Blässchen bildung im Druck zu vermeiden die durch feuchtigkeit entstehen.

 

Das Druck Profiel ist perfekt für Transparentes PETG abgestimmt dazu muss nur das Testmodel gelöscht werden und seine eigene STL eigefügt werden.

 

Das Model eignet sich super für ein Farbtest mit verschiedenen schichten von 0,2mm - 1mm dicke um die Transparents zu sehen.

Es eignet sich auch für Normales PETG da es mit nur einer oder zwei schichten nicht vollkommen licht undurchlässig wird.

 

Ebendso ist ein kleiner Test dabei um zu sehen ob die Lochdiminsion passen.

I recommend drying the filament for at least 6 hours at 65° before each print to avoid small bubbles forming in the print that are caused by moisture.

 

The printing profile is perfectly tailored to transparent PETG. All you have to do is delete the test model and add your own STL.

 

The model is great for a color test with different layers of 0.2mm - 1mm thick to see the transparents.

It is also suitable for normal PETG as it does not become completely opaque to light with just one or two layers.

 

There is also a small test to see whether the hole dimensions are correct.

have you used all my settings? ore have you used your petg filament profile?

It is important that you use my profile 100%. because the flow settings and the temperature setting of the filament are just as important as the layer height and speed.

printed well, however the real difference is found when lowering the max volumetric speed of a print.

Not quite, Cooling must not be on. the filling must be different. that he always places the lines on top of each other in the same direction. and a few other little things
