Description

This is a badge holder that does not require supports and fits right off the build plate.
You can stamp your companies logo inside for a multicolor print or just leave it open.

This requires pretty tight tolerances as the cards only have very little contact area with the supportless grooves.

I use this ID Card Holder every day and optimized it for printing on a X1C. But it should work on every other Bambulab aswell.

Usually I print it in ABS, so it holds for a long time. But it is fine to print in PLA too.

Very cool design. I printed it with a BMW logo, the future owner got approval for this from his boss (at the BMW factory). Brilliant, I like it and he really likes it.

prints fast and it's aesthetically pleasing, increase the temperature of the bed a bit for correct adhesion

Thanks for your rating! Did your print warped? I will change the temperature. On my PEI Sheet it wasnt a problem so far.

Replying to @Virtuellewolke :
it warped a bit, maybe because the pei bed wasn't compleatly clear. the second time I printed it it worked flawlessly
