My daughter started bringing some of my bookmarks to school and her friends started noticing them and asking if she could (get her mother to) make them some too. One of her friends requested roses because it's her favorite. So I built this bookmark for her, only to have my daughter return a few days later and say she needed another one because her friend's mom thought it was so pretty and she stole it for herself. They all also commented that they like the way the leaves glow when backlit. 

Perfect for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, or a Thank You gift – and these roses will last a lot longer than the real ones. Don't smell as nice, unfortunately, but the reader will always be reminded that someone appreciated them or loved them enough to get it for them. Aww. 

There are 2 print plates on the 3mf – mirror images of each other. 

If you want to make this a 4 color print, you can omit the Scarlet Red and just use Basic Red, but I personally like the shading of the two reds together. 

Project: Rose Bookmarks 
Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm
The Model is 50x150mm in size
You may print at higher layer heights below the Base Thickness of 0.48mm
The Max allowed Thickness is 2.24mm and the Actual Thickness is 1.84mm

This print uses 5 unique filaments
PLA Bambu Basic Bright Green   (or you can use a basic yellow)
PLA Bambu Basic Mistletoe Green 
PLA Bambu Basic Black    
PLA Bambu Basic Red     
PLA Bambu Matte Scarlet Red    

Swap Instructions:
Start with Bright Green (or Basic Yellow)
At layer #5 (0.48mm) swap to Mistletoe Green
At layer #11 (0.96mm) swap to Black
At layer #14 (1.2mm) swap to Red
At layer #19 (1.6mm) swap to Scarlet Red for the rest.
 

All photos you see are of the actual print. Using the same filament choices will give the same result. 3mf file is AMS ready to slice and print with height range modifier and layers prepared for you. If using the STL to print the file, apply color swaps by their mm height and use height modifications and infill instructions as per the directions provided. You can safely ignore any error message about floating regions. You do NOT need a prime tower if you are printing with the STL file. Finally, if you wish to scale the design, do NOT scale the Z axis.
