In the middle of an exciting round of Activity — everyone is laughing, the tension is rising… and suddenly the timer stops working.
The game itself is perfectly fine. Usually, only a small plastic gear inside the timer is broken.
This model is a replacement gear for the Activity game timer. Simply print it, replace the defective part, and keep playing – no need to buy a new one.
Advantages:

✅ Easy to print (0.2mm nozzle recommended)
✅ Sustainable repair instead of discarding
Required tools:
Phillips head screwdriver (small)
Tweezers or small pliers
- Quick Assembly Guide:
- Remove the screws from the back of the timer.
- Loosen the four screws on the red plate and carefully lift the plate.
- Remove the defective gear and take out the metal axle.
- Insert the metal axle into the new 3D printed gear.
- Insert the new gear into the same position, check the teeth.
Replace the red plate, tighten the four screws, and attach the back cover.
Test run: Manually turn the gear, set the timer.
