Description
This is a PLA top-surface ironing calibration model designed to help dial in the best ironing speed and flow combination for smooth, consistent top layers.
The model is laid out as a grid of individual squares, each labelled with its Ironing Speed – Ironing Flow values, making it easy to visually compare results and identify the optimal settings for your printer and filament.
Notes
- Results is vary depending on printer, nozzle size, filament type, cooling, flow ratio, and filament moisture.
- Designed primarily for PLA, but can be used for any type
- Text is intentionally shallow to reveal over- or under-ironing
- You can identify a small surface ironing quality
- You can identify small ireas ironing
