Our robotic vacuum cleaner accidentally knocked over a ladder clothes hanger, resulting in damage to its joints. To address this issue, I designed a spare part model for repair purposes. I salvaged thread inserts from the original components, and it's worth noting that there is no need for heat when inserting them; a friction fit suffices.
The model features a central rim, which might suggest printing it standing up. However, for improved structural integrity, I recommend printing it in a horizontal position. One drawback of this orientation is the necessity for support structures during printing.
