My old Gardena (32 E) lawnmower handle is probably broken due to excessive UV light exposure. I didn't want to buy a complete switch unit from Gardena, so I created the handle myself. Unfortunately I couldn't find the broken parts and instead redesigned it based on pictures.

In Version 2, I built it larger and more stable than the first Version 1 (last picture: top V1 and bottom V2). It works well.

Caution: The installation involves intervention in the device's electrical unit and should be carried out by a professional. Due to potential hazardous voltage, all safety rules should be observed. This is not an instructional guide! The safety switch should be thoroughly checked to ensure it consistently and safely shuts off the device.

It was printed with a 0.4 mm nozzle and 100% infill for maximum stability in PETG.
I recommend a 0,6 nozzle for faster print.

Ich wollte keine komplette Schaltereinheit von Gardena kaufen und habe mir daher den Griff selbst erstellt. Leider konnte ich die gebrochenen Teile nicht mehr finden und habe diesen stattdessen anhand von Bildern entworfen.

Wegen möglicher gefährlicher Spannung sollten alle Sicherheitsregeln eingehalten werden. Dies ist keine Anleitung! Der Sicherheitsschalter sollte gründlich überprüft werden, um sicherzustellen, dass er das Gerät immer sicher ausschaltet.

Er wurde mit einer 0,4 mm großen Düse und 100 % Füllung für maximale Stabilität in PETG gedruckt. Für einen schnelleren Druck empfehle ich eine 0,6 Düse.
