0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer, 4 walls, 15% infill
I printed it 50% of it's size with 0.1mm layer-height, cause I wanted to know if the bumpers survive the support-removing... they haven't :-D But now I'm an owner of a custom-beetle! Due to the fact that it wasn't intended to print it half-size and I nearly managed to remove it, I estimate that it would work full-size. Great model and a nice profile out of the box.

do I need glue

To attach the wheels a bit of glue may be required. The chassis is a single part, with the bumpers pre attached.

very good, but if you print it smaller, you have to consider that the bumper might break away.
