3d miniature of a pyramid with a secret compartment inside.
My print profile is created so that the Fuzzy skin is ONLY on the outside of the pyramid and not on the outside of the twist-lock

Wanted to print it fully gray and spray paint some desert tan over it, but I ran out of the gray and this transparent Amber gives it such a more special look especially since just the tip and the bottom have a really nicegolden shine.

It's Anthracite Grey PETG from 3D Trcek and Transparent Amber PETG from Devil Design.

very cool little box, but for some reason the corners of the top piece bow upwards a bit 🤷♀️

That looks like warping. You can try cleaning your print bed or use a brim in your slicer.

I hate removing brims so I use glue when possible (though sometimes a brim is necessary). Bambu Labs liquid glue works quite well, Layerneer works better, and good ol’ glue stick is good too. And as previously advised, cleaning the bed with dish soap can solve adhesion issues and is never the wrong thing to do.

Printed in Amolen Rainbow Rock PLA. Beautiful model, too bad I can’t rate it, maybe because I tweaked the profile (I was trying to finish a roll so upped the filament usage)? Thanks for sharing your design!

Oh no, what happened here?
Even though its not a perfect solution, you can probably print just the missing part and glue it together.
The result should be really good either way.

Little bit of a noticeable gap between the base and the storage compartment. Other than that it came out really good

It's alright. I just printed a couple of sphinx statues to put on either side and a sarcophagus to go in front that make it look like just another piece of decor.
The gap probably more to do with print settings. I could probably close it up with a little sanding on the connection between the base and the top. 😁

Yes. I can't get the Pyramid tu fully close. Theres always about 1cm of twisting space...
