(Give it a twist) 

🔧 Purpose:

Tired of having to fiddle with a container fill with all different sizes of magnets just to press them in with a screwdriver? I was, so i made a series of magnet tools that are meant to not only store and organize magnets but also can be used to press them in.   

🧠 About:

This is a magnet storage and insertion tool for 2mm to 10mm round magnets. I wanted to incorporate a design that only a 3d printer could replicate to i made the main body print in place. This helps simplify the design and reduce the amount of printed parts. There are also mounts included for your desk, skadis, and gridfinty.  

⚙️ Functions:

• Twist the top clockwise to extrude magnets and counter clockwise to store them.

D=31mm H=158mm

🖨️ Printing:

• Dry filament has better tolerances
• print Profile has all settings pre applied
• AMS and No AMS print profiles
• Everything can be printed form PLA
• .2 layer Hight
• 15% infill
• 2 walls
• Auto Tree support
• Use a raft or brim if needed
• Use Additive layer height for all parts

📐 Tolerances:

There are many things that cause tighter tolerances. Printer calibration, wet filament, and many others are examples. If you are having problems with tolerances please scale the part to 99%-98% before leaving a Comment. If you still have problems leave a Comment with witch part doesn't fit. Please don't scale the Main body.

🛠️ Tools:

• Super glue

🧩Pre-Assembly:

• Support removal.
  Carefully remove all supports. If you insert the blade of your scraper between the Main body 

  and the support the support will pop off.
