Description

Amazon has great oddities that are too good to resist. The humble razor blade is hell sharp and dangerous in close proximity of fingers, don't ask me how I know… I bought a pack of these 6mths ago and still haven't made a dent in the packet of 100, I dare say it's going to take some time. These are bed safe and won't marr your surface if you go in at the wrong angle, they also won't take the top of your finger off if you slip. This model is an upgrade to the last one which has served me well, it was time for a refresh and I'm happy to say it turned out well.

You'll need a M3x8mm screw and a 10x3mm magnet for this model. Check Amazon for the Razors, https://www.amazon.com/s?k=plastic+razor+blades&crid=ADLNHAZIHZT6&sprefix=plastic+razor+blad%2Caps%2C518&ref=nb_sb_noss_2

There are two versions, one is plain and the other a little artistic with two-tone exposed infill. Choice is yours… Make both, they come in handy.

some surface roughness issues but I thinks it was on my end. printed in overture PETG.

The profile you used was for PLA and generally too fast for PETG. I'd suggest slowing down the wall speeds to 100mm/s for a better result with calibrated filament. Thanks for the feedback and rating :)

thanks for the tip I’ll try this next time. I was having issue with my PETG prints and ended up changing the nozzle recently and it made a difference. I should do more cold pulls to clean out any particles that my be left in the nozzle more frequently.

works great, use this on the textured plates instead of the Bambu scraper. that Bambu scraper will mess up your plate if your not careful.

That BL scraper scares the f.. outta me, its way too sharp and better off used for chopping PTFE etc. Thanks for the comment and rating :))
