What issues with tolerance? It works on 3 different belts that I have. I did make it slightly thinner than my prototype was, but that was because of how the button works on my appendix belt. So it should have some slight wiggle room, but shouldn’t cause any issues. The lock should clamp down enough on the hanger. That being said, I only have 3 belts to test this on and there are tons of these belts out there. If I can modify it in any way to better fit yours let me know and I will do it.

I’d be glad to work with you to develop one that will fit your belt. Not sure how that translates into lower rating. Because if I made it slimmer it wouldn’t hold onto the wider belts it’s made to fit in a specific style of belt. Dm me if you’d like me to work on one for your slim belts.
