Tolerance Fitment Test - Long Version

 

0.05 to 0.40 mm tolerance test.

 

Try insert the round and square pegs into each hole and see how good your printer's tolerances are.

 


Note: Tolerances are for each mating surface. E.g. For 0.1mm, there is 0.1mm gap on all sides.

pushing the test cube/cylinder in and out of the hole that they fit exactly into - weird thing to say but satisfying sound xD
