PLA can become brittle when exposed to UV light, so you should consider printing with PETG or ABS/ASA if you plan to use the clip outdoors for an extended period.

This is a nice model which seems to work well and printed really easily and nicely. I only have PLA at the moment so I changed the profile from 0.2 standard to 0.2 strength with the hope that it might stand up to outside use for a little longer (only time will tell). Thanks for sharing.
