Description

This is my Off-Road Vehicle Kit Card.

I designed it for the „MakerWorld Kit Card“ contest.

It features:

Movable wheels
No glue needed
Every part on one single card

Please make sure your printer is well calibrated and the filament is fresh or dry!

Be sure to avoid warping (for example: reduce external cooling)

Assembly

First unhinge all parts.

Take the bottom and the two side-parts. Put them together as shown on the picture below.

Next assemble the dashboard, grill and back-part as shown.

Take the seats and place it into the openings in the bottom from above.Next step, assemble the windshield and hood.

Last press the wheels int the joints as shown.

Excellent design, had bed adhesion issues, but it still printed almost perfectly. I had to glue on the wheels as the PLA broke on a couple of them when installing.

Great and fun model to print and assemble using our P1S with 2 color bambu basic PLA filament. Ended up gluing the tires due to breaking during assembly but love it.
