A Thunder Hammer cosplay prop!

To build this you'll need some fixings. The head bolts together using M6 nuts (which you put into the connector, then slide the connector into the slots in the head), then bolt the head together using M6 bolts. I use M6 X 25 socket cap screw DIN 912 and M6 x 30 Socket Button Screws ISO 7380.

I built the weapon around a wooden broom handle to give the thing rigidity. I used a 29mm wood pole around 120cm long. Screw the components into the pole using 4mm x 25mm wood screws. I use Timco 40025C2C

And finally, you'll want some paracord to wrap around the plain cylinders to make a nice grip. You don't need to do this, but it'll be a lot nicer to hold.
