Parts needed

4x Basic Pen Springs (around 2 cm, 0.7" long)

Assembly

Assembly:

  1. Slide the pen springs into the holes of the top case pice.

  2. Put the rounded pins with the round side down into the holes of the barrel.

     

  3. Add the flat pins on top of the rounded ones.

     

  4. Slide the barrel with the holes facing up into the top case pice so that the springs align with the pins.

     

  5. Slide the bottom case pice on the rails of the upper case pice.

     

  6. Take the top case shell and slide it onto the front rail of the top case pice.

     

  7. Put the assembly into the shell.

     

  8. Screw the screws into the threads. (sometimes the screw doesent fit flush)

    TIP: While screwing switch between both of the screws to center the assembly.
