Description

Step into the wasteland with this T-60–inspired Power Armor helmet, designed for cosplay, display, and collectors. This wearable, 3D printable model focuses on solid proportions, clean assembly, and a paint-ready surface perfect for weathered, battle-worn finishes.

Please note: this model is 1:1 scale to the series, so yes, it’s huge! If you plan to use it for display, you may want to scale it down to around 60%. Let me know if you’d like a smaller version with magnets, and I can keep the same proportions while scaling it down.

Beautiful print, was a bit hard to stitch the parts together with glue and hide the seams, but all in all it came out beautiful and my friend really loved the gift.

This printed really well, ended up using a 3D pen to plastic weld it together instead of using glue. Painting it tonight.

I mix a few different tools depending on what the design needs. Do you usually stick to one, or do you switch it up too?
