Description
a 20cm diameter spherical lamp to be 3D printed. It is a .step file and consists of two pieces: the upper sphere and the lower base. The lamp requires a 40mm diameter lamp holder and a light bulb. It has a threaded ring to screw in the lamp holder and a cable gland for the wire. Its 2mm wall thickness allows it to best diffuse light while still remaining very rigid. I recommend an acetone bath, especially for the upper spherical part, to remove support residue.
