Strength Issue:Thanks for the model. I printed in PETG. it fits very well but after just a few uses there is a widening crack on the side. I suggest making the model thicker around where there’s an angle between the holder and the rim.

I appreciate your comments but I have to say I have used this model myself for my sander in my commercial workshop for the last 6 months without any issues , I can of course increase the strength of the item by adding additional walls but your issue may be down to a slightly failed print it does happen

Thanks for the reply. I understand this may be due to a slight print mishap. I will try again with PLA this time and report back. Nevertheless I think sharing what you have created with others for free is amazing and appreciated.

Mark, also you can increase the walls in the slicer up to 4 which will increase the strength alot also
