do I really need to use 167g of filament for supports or am I doing something wrong?

If you don't want to, it's still possible (adding it would be better), but for the sake of surface effect, I suggest adding it

Came out perfectly for me with .2mm layer height, .4mm nozzle, Bambu PLA Basic
Used 0% infill for box and 15% gyroid infill for the lid, as advised by designer/model description.
Had to center the objects on the plate in Bambu Studio, otherwise they're effectively ready to print!
Very nice design, will likely print again in the future! 5 stars!
