This 3D printed ice scraper is designed with a smart multi-material setup to combine strength, comfort, and durability in winter conditions. Use glue for all the parts.
The scraper consists of:
- PLA body for a rigid and lightweight structure
- TPU side grips for improved comfort, flexibility, and control
- PETG scraping edge for durability, cold resistance, and long-lasting performance
This combination makes the scraper both comfortable to use and tough enough for icy windshields.
Material Breakdown
- PLA (Body): Provides a solid and lightweight core that is easy to print and dimensionally stable
- TPU (Sides): Flexible grip areas that improve handling and comfort, even with gloves
