Based on the Dobby from iczfirz Scaled to Bobble head. Spring and Base are made to better hold the Head.

The spring is made with the SCAD File of Printy.

The base ist enlarged in Fusion 360.

Supports are needed for the Head, Print with 3 perimeters infill 10% lightning

You can use MMU if you have to give the model color (like in the Picture
