Sooo, now you have a choice between HYDRA and JOKER.
JOKER is full front assembly, that is about 14.10g in A version and 14.50g in B version (ULTRA LIGHT WEIGHT!)
It also do have a reversed fan mount, in order to prevent extruder and hotend from heat-creep while printer is closed and printing for days without stops.
JOKER is not a next gen or something, but a evolution in better direction. It performs about the same as, HYDRA. While preserving adnotional functions and advantages that HYDRA doesn't have.
Version A of JOKER is for “PC” prints
Version B is for “ABS/ASA” (geometry is pushed back by about 4mm, to prevent duct from melting :D)

Any feedback, as always is welcome!

Changelog for JOKER:
3.2

  • Filled a top holes on sides, to ensure durability to prevent crack while inserting magnets with force
  • Exported A and B versions with more poligons, to ensure smooth surface (about 10X more poligons)
  • Calibrated tolerances on PC profile, to ensure perfect fit.

3.1

  • Added cutouts to preserve airflow, while part-cooling fan is off
  • Weight reduction to 14g !!!
  • Increased length of hot air isolation, from right side by about 1mm.

3.0

  • Initial release

Initial release
Changelog for HYDRA:
2.10

  • Initial release

2.11

  • Added optional 55 degree printing angle from the opposite side
(now you can chose to print it on  55 angle from front or back, up to you)
  • Changed a look of the logo and some geometry on right side to ensure perfect fit
  • Those changes reduced the weight of duct by 1g, so now it is around 12g
  • It also prints about half an hour faster at a 55-degree angle.

2.12

  • Pushed back some of the geometry from nozzle area (because of slighty wrap when i've got power outage)
  • 1g lighter, around 11g

So the stock P1P fan duct is terrible in my opinion, so i've decided to make a better one!
I've tested over 50 variants, and current one (2.10) is the best version that i've made over those better or worse prototypes.
    - You need a 4x2.3mm magnets, the strong ones ;d
    - 4x2mm will do but you need to offset them from inside, to get em closer to magnets on toolhead.

    + sides
    12g (2 walls - top bottom on 1mm with 0.4mm nozzle)
240 degree cooling angle (not 360 because of ease of use)
    Best air flow?
Direct close cooling focused on 0.1mm point below nozzle, to cool layer not the nozzle.
Bottom air isolation, to limit heatcreep of hotend, because of sucking hot air from bed.
Bigger magnet mount on right side
    Thick fan mount points

Example of working JOKER 3.1:

CLOSED CHAMBER around 50-60C SHORT PRINT and 280C nozzle

10% fan speed on min 10s

30% fan speed on max 3s

50% fan speed on overchangs / 0.5 pre-start of the fan
0.12mm layer height on 0.2mm nozzle
PC from FIBERLOGY/ 10% of humidity in drybox

Example of working Hydra 2.11:

CLOSED CHAMBER around 38-40C LONG PRINT and 255C nozzle (transparent is looking much better in closed hot chambers)

10% fan speed on min 10s

20% fan speed on max 3s

80% fan speed on overchangs / 0.5 pre-start of the fan
0.15mm layer height on 0.2mm nozzle
PET-G from SUNLU / 14% of humidity in drybox
