This model was designed for makers who want to print flexible, functional parts without unnecessary hassle.
It is optimized for TPU 85A and tested on the Bambu Lab P1S, delivering clean prints with a great balance of flexibility and durability.
A distinctive feature of the design is the The North Face logo, used not only as a visual detail but also to increase surface grip. The logo is modeled as a separate part, so it can be easily removed during print preparation if you prefer a smooth surface or a more minimal look.
The geometry takes full advantage of TPU’s elastic properties: the part is soft yet resilient, capable of deforming under load and returning to its original shape. No supports are required, and the model is designed to be easy and reliable to print, even if you don’t work with flexible materials every day.

Printing tips
- Material: TPU 85A ( NO USE IN THE AMS or AMS 2 PRO)
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- Layer height: 0.2 mm
- Speed: slower than PLA for best results (between 15 - 20mm/s)
- Infill: adjust to control flexibility
