Description

My girlfriend got some new hiking poles with antishock tips and I was jealous. Well I didn't want to spend $$$ for them, so I designed these feet that use a squash ball to achieve the same thing.

I printed in Nylon CF, but PETG/ABS should hold up. I put 92 miles in Yosemite backcountry on these (see photo for wear). You will have to really squeeze the ball in, but they stay! (No glue necessary). This is Version 3 for me, with tweaks to the fitment to prevent the ball from coming out.

No support needed if you print the cups upwards.

Will need to purchase squash balls. I used double yellow dot. https://a.co/d/4sguwfG
