đ¨ď¸ Printing Tips
⢠Filament: Red and White PLA (or your preferred colors).
⢠Supports: Recommended for the mailbox's attachments.
⢠Layer Height: 0.2mm or 0.24mm (to speed up large parts like the base and the pole).
⢠Infill: 15% (Gyroid) for a good balance between strength and material saving.
⢠brim: Recommended for the screw as it is a small piece.
đ§ Assembly
The parts are designed to interlock with precision and minimal tolerance (0.2mm). The front mask simply snaps into the rest of the shell by gently widening it until it locks onto its respective attachments. It is recommended to use a little cyanoacrylate glue to secure the lettering (in the designated spaces) and ensure the pole sections for maximum stability. You can glue the flag or not, as it also snaps into place.
