Remixed the single dose bellows for the Baratza Vario but should also fit the encore and virtuoso.

I found the original bellows too stiff and so I've redesigned the bellows with filets and decreased the thickness a tiny bit.

The base has been modified to add a ledge which allows it to fit tighter and prevent it from popping out when grinding.

The fit is just right on my encore. printed in ABS I used Extrudr 95A TPU first for the bellows but it's too stiff. With 82A filoflex it's good. Unfortunately not a good colour match :-D For the 82A I would try adding another wall next as I have a couple of weak spots in the wall from bad retracts or something. The STP file is really useful for this so thanks for providing. I set the seams to 'random' when printing to avoid having a weak line going down the bellows. I don't get the option to rate with stars as i print in LAN only mode, but would give it 5 stars.

Original designer here: This is why the current revision of the bellows is on the thicker side. Tradeoff is that it's stiffer but at least it takes much longer before the layers delaminate and it breaks. I finished a bellow-less design that is much more reliable and hasn't broken after a full year of use. May decide to post that at some point
